Cedar Theory LLC is an independent technology studio focused on designing and developing next-generation mobile applications. We believe great software should feel simple, human, and quietly powerful, the kind of product people reach for every day without thinking about it.

Our team blends product strategy, interface design, and engineering under one roof. That means the people who imagine a feature are the same people who design and build it, keeping every product coherent from idea to release.

We work in small, focused engagements and treat every app as if it were our own. Whether we are prototyping a new concept or scaling an established product, our goal is always the same: to build software that is a genuine pleasure to use.

Cedar Theory was founded by a small group of designers and engineers who had spent years building software inside larger organizations and wanted to do it differently. We started with a simple conviction: that the best apps come from small, senior teams who care about every detail, from the very first tap to the final release. Today we bring that same craft to every product we take on.

We build consumer and productivity applications for iOS and the web, along with the backends and infrastructure that power them. Our work ranges from early-stage concepts that need a confident first version to established products that need to scale reliably to hundreds of thousands of users. Whatever the stage, our aim is the same: software that is fast, secure, and a genuine pleasure to use.

The way we work is deliberately hands-on. We move in short, focused cycles, shipping early and improving continuously based on real feedback. Design, engineering, and product decisions happen side by side, so nothing gets lost in translation. We measure our success by the experience people have with the finished product, not by the size of the team behind it.
